It was amazing to see the bright colorful glass pieces integrated with the desert landscape and mimic the surrounding shapes. Bright sunshine added another interesting element as it illuminated the vibrant pieces of glass, and created even more shapes and texture in the reflection. Interestingly enough, this exhibit can also be viewed at night, as several of the pieces are lit from within. How awesome is that!?

This tiny little ten-day-old peanut is Leo -- isn't he just PRECIOUS!? I don't recall the last time I SAW a baby this 'brand new', let alone have the opportunity to photograph them, so it was just a treat. Meet Austin! I photographed his parent's wedding almost 3 years ago, and was SO EXCITED when they called to have me photograph their beautiful bundle of joy! He is such a little sweetheart, and such a great little model to photograph. I can't get enough of his baby blues!! {s.j}
